These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase of Tigerlily product on the website www.tigerlilyswimwear.com.au.
Your submittal of any purchase order indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Privacy Policy
By ordering on tigerlilyswimwear.com.au you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via a link or contacting our Customer Service at info@tigerlilyswimwear.com.au and we will remove you from marketing communications.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of any information provided by our customers to Tigerlily Pty Ltd. We have developed internal procedures consistent with the National Privacy Principles outlined in the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Privacy Principles in the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993.
All data collected by Tigerlily is held securely and will only ever be accessed by Tigerlily and its employees or by third parties acting on behalf of Tigerlily. Where applicable information is shared with third parties or trading partners we have strict confidentiality agreements in place, prohibiting any use of this information other than the purpose for which it was provided. We may be required by law to disclose the information collected from you. In such circumstances, only information that we are required to disclose as a matter of law would be provided.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We only sell to end user customers and do not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by us.
Liability
We are not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Australian Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE express Australian delivery on orders over $150 with Australian Air Express.
For orders under $150, we charge $7.99 flat-rate for express delivery to most Australian addresses with Australian Air Express.
Australian Air Express orders placed before 2:00pm AEST in Metro areas will be received between 1-3 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 5 business days.
Australian Air express is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. If this method is chosen and your parcel is lost, we will happily replace the order pending an investigation. If this method is chosen and your parcel is stolen, we cannot be held accountable. Please contact our customer service department if your order has not has not been received within the recommended timeframe. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe, we recommend choosing eParcel (signature required).
Australian Air Express cannot be delivered to all addresses in Australia. In some cases your order will be on-forwarded to a local agent for delivery, or your order will be shipped with eParcel.
We reserve the right to change the shipping method of an order if these guidelines are not met. We will send you a tracking number for the new carrier in this case.
Australia Post eParcel (signature required)
eParcel orders placed before 2:00pm AEST will be received within 1-5 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas. For any questions on delivery times, please contact orders@tigerlilyswimwear.com.au.
Some eParcel orders are subject to weight & volume. These items may be charged at a different rate. We will advise of these changes prior to shipping.

New Zealand
UPS and DHL - A$9.99 Flat Rate
For orders placed before 1:30pm AEST orders should be received within 1-3 business days.
UPS and DHL orders are sent a tracking number with Shipping Confirmation email. Some bulky orders and deliveries to PO Box address types will be shipped via Air Mail and this is a non-trackable service.
All shipping subject to weight and volume. Some items may be charged at a different rate.
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. We suggest splitting larger orders over NZD$400 into separate smaller orders to avoid being charged these import taxes. Customs and Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
As most deliveries are made Monday to Friday, we suggest using your work address for the order.
Delivery
The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Acceptance of the Goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
Change of Address
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.
Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service through orders@tigerlilyswimwear.com.au immediately.
We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.
International Customs Charges
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate
Pre Orders
You will not be charged for a pre-order item until the day the item is shipped.
Please note that delivery time for your pre-ordered item may change. To get an updated ETA of your pre-ordered item contact customer service at orders@tigerlilyswimwear.com.au.
We recommend placing a separate order for pre order items as any multiple item order containing a pre order item will not be shipped until the pre order item is ready for despatch.
Refunds & Returns
If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within the time frame listed below, in the condition that you received it and we will happily refund you the cost of the product/s*. Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot process exchanges so if you would like to swap your item for another Tigerlily product, please send back the item you don't want and buy the item you would like to swap it for in the website.
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty.
Special return offers apply to individuals only.
Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear or earring purchase. Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. Please note that all swimwear that is sold in a set must be returned in a set.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
Refunds (full price items^) must be made within 100 days from date of purchase.
^Sale items can only be refunded in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.

Returns Process
If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:
- Complete the Return section on the lower part of your invoice & enclose with your return merchandise. Be sure to complete all fields to ensure prompt turn around.
- Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged.
- Affix the pre-addressed label to your package, making sure you cover or remove original shipping label. If you have lost this, don't worry! Our address is:

- Attend your local Post Office and send to the labeled address. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
- Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming your refund, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment.
Faulty Returns Needing Repair
If you have a faulty item that you would like repaired, please follow the simple steps of a normal return as shown above.
Please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a description of the fault. Please contact us at orders@tigerlilyswimwear.com if you need a new copy of the invoice.
Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a refund or repair the goods. We aim to have your refund processed within 24 hours of receiving but it may take longer depending on the fault. In this case we will keep you informed.
Please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of your faulty return once received. Contact will be made by email informing you of the RA Number and all relevant details.
If an order is deemed faulty, we will gladly reimburse the return postage up to a total of AU$10.00. This includes postage only; packaging is at an additional cost to you. For further in depth information on warranties and faulty items, please contact our customer service team.
Order Cancellations
If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

If your credit card has already been
charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall
immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount
of the charge.
Online Security
Tigerlily utilises a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All user contact information is contained behind a "firewall" and only accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access rights to production systems.
Credit card numbers are not stored in our systems in accordance with the highest of PCI-DSS standards. When purchasing from Tigerlily your financial details are passed through to a secure server using the latest SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.
If you choose to modify your personal information or you have forgotten your password, you may do so by visiting the Tigerlily member page. You will be required to submit a valid member ID and password for authentication before you will be able to modify your file. Because password and credit card information has been encrypted, it is completely invisible, including our customer service team.
If you desire to change your password, the customer service representative will reset to a new one after you have properly identified yourself.
